Kennametal offers a wide selection of tungsten carbide micro-grain and sub-micron grades that are engineered to stand up to thermal extremes, vibration and impact wear. All of our rod products are sinter-HIP processed to insure complete metallurgical integrity and quality in manufacturing facilities that are ISO 9002 certified.
Flat Blanks
Kennametal supplies a complete line of cutting tool blank grades and styles. We have specially designed grades for steel cutting that will resist the chemical attack during metalcutting.
Ground Cut to Length
Kennametal offers one of the largest and most complete lines of ground CTL selections in the industry. Premium grades, standard and micro-finished grinds, along with h6 tolerances are offered.
Random Rod
Kennametal offers 12" length random rod in diameters ranging from 1/16" to 1".
Unground Cut to Length
We offer our CTL rod in semi-finished ground and chamfered in a variety of diameters and lengths, both inch and metric.
